3D printing – the process of manufacturing a physical object (part) using various technologies: FDM (plastic thread), SLA (laser polymerization of resin) and SLS (powder sintering) by the method of layer-by-layer application.
The technology is selected based on the requirements for the product and its functioning:

- chemical resistance

Simple and complex objects can be produced in unlimited quantities, from 1 piece (prototype, mockup) to mass production. Print sizes are unlimited and can consist of several parts separately printed and joined by soldering or gluing with hidden joints.
Printed products have different levels of filling, what defines them rigidity and durability during operation. The minimum filling is 10%, the maximum is 100%. The filling determines the weight of the product and, accordingly, the cost.
Important A parameter of printed products is the wall thickness, which has a direct impact on stiffness. It is recommended to choose from 0.8 mm for models and prototypes and from 1.2 mm for parts to be used.
The calculation takes into account the accuracy of the approximation to the size, which should give an error within half the nozzle diameter. To print complex objects, technological elements are added that are necessary for manufacturing (for example, support for a hanging element), they are added at the stage of preparing models for 3D printing and affect the cost of the finished product.
To improve the quality of the surface, we offer additional types of processing of the resulting product, namely

3D scanning from 500 UAH. The turnaround time is 24-72 hours. If necessary, a specialist can visit the customer directly (to save time) or scan an item sent by mail.
3D modeling from 400 UAH. Cost and terms depend on the complexity and scope of work.
3D printing from 200 UAH.. The cost depends on the material, printing accuracy, and weight of the product. We fulfill most orders within 2–48 hours.
We carry out logistics all over Ukraine. Materials are received and delivered by Nova Poshta and other logistics companies (upon agreement).
For individuals, payment is made in several ways: card payment, bank account, cash on delivery. Cashless payments are available for legal entities.
Before sending, we carry out free checking models. The client receives a photo report before the shipment. In case of regular orders there is a system of discounts.
